northside is thawing, but still a little ice...
Zac and I had a nice 1/2 Metropolis ride on the north side on Fri am--we got nearly to Navy Pier when we met Rory, who gets the price for doin the whole thing =) (he was riding solo when we met him, others joined him nearly that far, but don't know who!)
It was a little icy north of North ave, and the patches of un-paved trail between North and Fullerton should be taken with care.

Northside rides & Commuting to Hyde Park -- discussion
Hey folks, esp Northsiders,
I'm going to start posting the Northside rides I do, in case there are others lurking uptown. I leave and return to Metropolis Coffee Shop.
On Friday mornings, depending on Northsider interest, I'll try to mesh with the Fri social ride so as to either meet them at Navy Pier, or Fullerton or on occasion get up at the crack, and ride down to Hyde Park in time meet the social ride as it passes the fountain, depending on Northsider interest.
